Heartbeat is a suicide survivors support group. When you are ready we are here for you. The group is a very supportive group, all discussions and sharing are totally confidential. You can share as much as you want or just come and listen. Everybodys grief is their own, no judgements will be made. "WE WILL NEVER BE HEALED, WE WILL ALWAYS BE HEALING". Let us help in our journey of healing, learn what worked for us, learn how to handle lifes milestones and holidays. You are not alone in this journey
